I spend a good portion of every day worrying. Big things, little things, most things. Recently, after a helping hand from six (that’s right, six!) years in therapy I don’t worry about the small things as much.
The one thing I seem to spend more and more time getting anxious about is the state of the planet. It blows my mind that we’re clearly all heading rapidly up sh*t creek and people in power and big business don’t seem to be doing much, and regular people don’t seem to notice.
